Meet Kindra…

I believe a leader is anyone who takes people and systems seriously through the brave actions of accountability, integrity, and care.

Ever since kindergarten when my teacher noted that I "march to the beat of a different drum," I have been a force for leadership, challenge, and enrichment in the world.

I have worked with and for non-profits, large organizations, HR and been a server. All these roles, organizations, and experiences have proven: people matter. When we take that seriously and invest in people it changes everything.

That conviction has brought a deep admiration for leaders and I find great joy in supporting their work and lives. I am unwaveringly committed to humanizing organizations for the betterment of the world. I excel at teaching, training, and coaching as a lifelong learner, valuing wisdom, kinship, joy, and integrity.

I partner with leaders to amplify their world-changing impact by helping them embrace their most authentic self with unwavering integrity, creating powerful pathways of personal accountability that transform how they care for themselves and inspire their teams.

I live in sunny San Diego with my husband and twin boys. When I am not changing the world by supporting leaders you can find me in nature—either on a hike or the beach, cooking for my growing boys, or reading.

I received my Doctorate in Leadership at Fuller. I am ICF certified. LCP certified.
